Project Updates

The GreenWest PtX team took part in the study tour "Green Horizons: Exploring the Potential of H2 and Decarbonised Value Chains", organised by H2-diplo — Decarbonization Diplomacy with the support of the PROGRESS initiative (Promoting Green Deal Readiness in Eastern Partnership Countries), implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
The programme brought together representatives of government institutions, businesses, research organisations and civil society from Ukraine and Germany to exchange knowledge and explore opportunities for advancing the hydrogen economy and decarbonised industrial value chains.
Participants visited leading hydrogen projects and met with key stakeholders across Germany’s hydrogen sector, gaining valuable insights into the practical implementation of hydrogen technologies, infrastructure development and market formation.
For GreenWest PtX, the study tour provided an important opportunity to strengthen expertise, establish new professional connections and learn from international best practices. The knowledge and insights gained during the programme will support the further development of the project and contribute to building a competitive renewable hydrogen ecosystem in Ukraine.
