Memorandum with UkraineInvest supports GreenWest PtX development

On the sidelines of the EU-Ukraine Business Summit 2026 in Brussels, UDP Renewables (Ukraine) and Hydrogen Partners (the Netherlands) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with UkraineInvest — Ukraine Investment Promotion Office to advance the GreenWest PtX project in the Volyn region.
The agreement marks an important milestone in the project's development and lays the foundation for structured cooperation focused on financing frameworks, engagement with international financial institutions and attracting strategic partners.
Under the agreement, UkraineInvest will help coordinate cooperation with government institutions and international stakeholders to support the further development of GreenWest PtX.
The project is expected to contribute to the growth of Ukraine’s renewable hydrogen sector and strengthen the country’s role in the European clean energy market.
